Spots On Special: New York, New York! - Part 1

Toto, I have a feeling we're not in Paris anymore.  Join us for a discussion on Miraculous World: New York as we go where this podcast has never gone before - our very own country!

Spots On is a discussion/review podcast for the french cartoon Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir. It contains major spoilers.

AUDIO NOTE: Ava is using a new mic since her old one broke. Not being used to that style of mic she didn’t know she needed to put it in a stand and just held it in her hand for the whole session like she was staring in a Netflix stand-up special about French cartoons. Cutting out all the little mic bumping sounds would also mean cutting out chunks of Ava’s lovely voice, and that’s not a sacrifice we’re willing to make. One day we will record an episode with no glaring audio issues. One day.

Intro is “New York, New York!” performed by Frank Sinatra. Instrumentals are by Jeremy Zag & Noam Kaniel,  property of Zagtoon.

TWs: Brief discussion on the representation of ingenious people in media. You can check out the blog fandomshatepeopleofcolor.tumblr.com for much better informed and comprehensive discussions on the subject.
