Alikona Bradford talks with Keston John!
Keston is a first generation American actor born to Caribbean parents. He grew up performing in school plays and eventually studied acting at the University of Central Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Moving to Los Angeles right after college, Keston began working in television and eventually moved into animation and film. His past credits include titles like 24, The Good Place, Shameless, Bosch, and Vinyl. He’s currently a series regular on In The Dark (CW), She-Ra And The Princesses of Power (Netflix), and working on The Avatar Sequels (2-5).
Keston has had the pleasure of collaborating with directors like Martin Scorsese, Patty Jenkins, Michael Showalter, and James Cameron.
He hopes to be able to continue to tell stories that touch and move the human spirit.
