The idea to start this podcast as a side project really came about when all of us were studying sports management at the Global Institute of Sports Business in Mumbai, India.

We started it as a networking tool and to understand the industry we were in better. At the same time however, we decided that we were going to provide our audience with the content related to career journeys of professionsals working in the sports and exercise industry.
