Dr. William R. Barlow, Jr., MD, is a comprehensive ophthalmologist at the Moran Eye Center with an expertise in cataract and refractive surgery. Dr. Barlow completed medical school at The Medical College of Wisconsin and completed a residency in ophthalmology at the Moran Eye Center at the University of Utah. Dr. Barlow is a team ophthalmologist for the Utah Jazz.
