Sports Nutrition Academy Podcast is hosted by Francesca Tyndall, Certified Sports Nutritionist, nutrition coach, and fellow athlete. Francesca has a passion for performance nutrition and holds a Masters of Science in Applied Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Nutrition, and will be pursuing her doctorate degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Nutrition starting Fall of 2025. Francesca is certified as a sports nutritionist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN). She is additionally certified by Precision Nutrition and RP Strength as a nutrition coach.

Francesca's passion for powerlifting started her on the journey to health and fitness, and led to a passion for helping strength athletes eat for performance and platform PRs through nutrition and lifestyle changes. This podcast discusses the many facets of performance nutrition and how strength athletes can get stronger and perfom better.

New episodes will be live every first and third Saturday of each month at 7:30am MST.
