Don't listen to people who tell you that orthotic insoles are bad for your feet and that you should never use them.

Sports physio Maryke Louw explains why factors such as your foot shape and the flexibility of the muscles, tendons, and ligamants in and around your foot should determine whether and to what extent you should use orthotics.
