In recent years I have worked a lot with the Energy Body, but this work has deepened greatly since around January of this year. In this video I speak about my experience of the Energy Body, connecting deeper and deeper to ancient frequencies that release. It's important to say when moving into the body to always do so with a beginners mind, or no mind, simply turn up and observe, and keep turning up then allow the process to unfold at it's own pace.
I often hear of people who go into the body with conditions and intentions and all sorts of egoic plans and demands. If you bring all that baggage with you, you'll miss the simplicity of the Energy Body
I also speak about the connection between the Energy Body and thoughts. Every thought leaves a layer of pressure in the body, that's why when we begin our inner work we often encounter layers of stress and tension that were locked away.
