Politicians sure have been doing some dumb stuff lately. From giving a standing ovation to a man who fought for very much the wrong side of WW2.... to everyone's pal Doug Ford selling out the Greenbelt to his buddies, then reversing it on them!   Not all bad though! The amount of policy change we've seen towards new housing development lately is looking promising!

Spiro walks Phil through purchasing his dream home and the neighbourhoods he can afford, and we talk about a lot of the decisions that go into purchasing a primary residence. Pro's and cons of city life vs suburbs, basement rental units to support income or not etc, and the state of the current rental market.
