
Anger. Fear. Guilt. Shame. Are you allowing yourself to feel and process these emotions? Or do you shove them down and avoid them?
No shade, we all are guilty of this from time to time. Yet as empaths and neurodivergents, our emotions are our power. If we avoid the "negative" ones, we are doing ourselves a major disservice.
Today we reflect on the importance of ALL emotions, even the scary ones. We get into the nitty gritty of what is happening in our nervous system when we are feeling these things, how to create awareness around these emotions, and hacks to start regulating through them instead of shoving them back down.
