Born and raised in London, Rebecca Moore is a creator, curator and wellness practitioner, passionate about unconditional love, deep presence and authentic connection.
In 2010 she launched cult title IDOL Magazine, leading the publication as EIC and creative director for almost 10 years, before taking a hiatus to focus on spiritual healing.
Rebecca has since been certified in mindfulness and meditation, yoga teacher training, spiritual therapy, reiki energy healing and plant-based nutrition.
Taking inspiration from Yogic Philosophy and both ancient and modern healing modalities, her offerings incorporate movement, meditation, breathwork and self-inquiry, as tools and techniques for self-healing and self-realisation.
Rebecca is also a keen student of Esoteric Astrology, Numerology and Human Design, all of which she weaves throughout her signature Soul Path Sessions.
In Spring 2020, Rebecca co-founded non-profit community wellness platform We Are Formless, encouraging individual, social and environmental wellbeing through creative campaigns, programmes and events.
Alongside her current projects she continues to create soulful spaces for individuals and groups to share openly, explore curiously and transform deeply.
