1. From Darkness to Light: My Mental Health Journey

To kick off this channel, I'm sharing my own spiritual journey. From the divorce that left me broken open, to the "toxic" relationship with a Scorpio that helped me to see my shadows and threw me into a depression, and how meditation helped me to find peace from all of the broken pieces. I also shared how this spiritual journey is a constant evolution and how a year of losses/purification helped me to find my way to an ashram in India, and come back to myself - which is where we've always been. Who are we without all of the labels? How can we still find happiness? I also end with pulling an affirmation card from one of my favorite decks: Spirit Junkie by Gabrielle Bernstein. #myspiritualjourney #peace #mentalhealth #happiness #spirituality #mentalhealthawareness
