This is a weekly podcast, published every Friday morning, that will include short readings and quotes from many diverse spiritual sources, including the Edgar Cayce material. I believe that truth is found in all enlightened paths and that we each seek love and Divinity in our own personal ways. Each podcast episode will also include the preparatory meditation attunement techniques suggested in the Edgar Cayce readings and will then be followed by two minutes of meditative silence prior to the closing readings.

Today we will be looking at the 2007 book by Stuart Schwartz, titled, The Great Undoing, Dissolving the Me Into the Infinite, published in England by the Non-Duality Press.
On a personal note, I have, over the years, become increasingly interested in the concept of non-duality, and the Oneness of all life. The fact that we are, in essence, perfect and Divine spiritual beings. This book speaks to that idea and helps us begin to move further away from a focus on transient material aspects and awaken to our true spiritual nature as unblemished reflections of God, reflections of love and goodness.
