This is a weekly podcast, published every Friday morning, that will include short readings and quotes from many diverse spiritual sources, including the Edgar Cayce material. I believe that truth is found in all enlightened paths and that we each seek love and Divinity in our own personal ways. #94: Compassionate Abiding

Today we will be looking at the 2006 book, Practicing Peace, by Pema Chödrön. Pema is a Buddhist nun, author, lecturer, teacher, and longtime disciple of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche who was the founder of Shambala Buddhism in America.

We will read from the chapter titled Compassionate Abiding and how to deal with the daily onslaught and outrage of negative news, challenging people, and difficult situations.

Each podcast episode will also include the preparatory meditation attunement techniques suggested in the Edgar Cayce readings and will then be followed by a few minutes of meditative silence prior to closing readings.
