This is a weekly podcast, published every Friday morning, that will include short readings and quotes from many diverse spiritual sources, including the Edgar Cayce material. I believe that truth is found in all enlightened paths and that we each seek love and Divinity in our own personal ways. Each podcast episode will also include the preparatory meditation attunement techniques suggested in the Edgar Cayce readings and will then be followed by two minutes of meditative silence prior to the closing readings. #92: Centering With The Out-Breath

Today we will be looking once again at the 2013 book by Glen Schneider called Ten Breaths To Happiness, Touching Life In It's Fullness. This information is simple and basic, but sometimes going back to the basics is just what we need.

Last week we reviewed the ten breath practice. This week we will continue with that theme but with a specific focus on the out-breath and how that awareness of the out-breath helps to center us. Keizan Zenji, 14th century Japanese monk said, “I abandon myself and let breathing in naturally fill me.”

Each podcast episode will also include the preparatory meditation attunement techniques suggested in the Edgar Cayce readings and will then be followed by a few minutes of meditative silence prior to closing readings.

Today’s mantra:

iii-eee-ooo-uuu-iii-ooo-umm
