If you’re on the spiritual path then you will resonate with remembering and forgetting!

So many insights and also so much conditioning is present that it really becomes about remembering more than you forget

And I have found that sometimes we can get in our own way!

I realized that I was actually the most hurtful person to myself - I would talk to myself in a way that I would literally never ever talk to anyone else 

And eventually, I remembered that I don’t have to do that anymore and can create space to understand why my self-talk was so negative 

Remembering and forgetting are applicable no matter what stage you are on your journey and I wanted to add my voice to the conversation
