Hi! I actually recorded this podcast yesterday because something dramatically shifted in me after one meditation

Now it's not just one meditation - I have sat with my body for so many hours I lost count but I hit a tipping point yesterday

And was also surrounded by a seriously nourishing container who reflected something to me 

It’s time..time to be exactly who I am and who I’ve known myself to be 

Without conscious awareness I kept a mask on because I was attached to me identity as someone who pleases other people and put their emotional needs ahead of mine (if mine ever existed)

I’ve had to twist and contort myself for so long that I forgot about the person that I truly am

The past 2 years have been a remembering and today feels like I took the lid off the pot that was boling if you get what I mean

I let my soul enter the room to record this episode and left the identity of who I believed I was at the door and the result was this episode so I hope you enjoy!
