Emergent awareness is the ability to identify and recognize an issue as it is occurring, basically in real time!

After doing a deep dive into my own personal history, I was confronted with some deep and I recognized as dark emotions that drove me to attempt suicide. When they showed up this time, I had a different belief system which allowed me to perceive that I indeed was not alone and almost motivated me to continue to proceed when I would have stopped.

By uncovering these deeper aspects of me, something started happening. The dissociated parts of myself started to come together. It's a subtle process - but various aspects of certain events (ie. mental, emotional, spiritual, behavioural) started to come together. 

I started feeling a sense of completeness and I was able to give greater meaning to what actually happened vs being confused with fragmented pieces.

In short, I was able to gain wisdom from my inner experiences and have been able to sample life’s richness from that.
