As you might already know, change is inevitable. But why is it so difficult for us to deal with when it happens?

In this episode, I talk about the fear and anxiety that goes along when we deal with change--whatever change that could be. Because yes, change is scary, change is uncomfortable, but change is also pretty normal.

Maybe it's about time that we stop resisting it and just allow it to guide us?
