It is estimated that nearly 50% of operations personnel in our military, law enforcement, and intelligence communities who are in need of mental health support do not get the help they need. This episode we talk with former CIA Officer and the founder of the mental health support network for operators Sound-Off, William Negley, about the biggest obstacles preventing those in need of support from getting it, and why the stigma surrounding mental health support still exists. William also shares a personal story about his own experience that led him to develop Sound-Off.
