Episode 12: Getting a banner: Addie Budnick and Katie Hill on their Journey to Richmond Women's First NCAA win.

In Part 1 of our 2 part conversation, Addie Budnick and Katie Hill, two stars from the University of Richmond women's basketball team, talk about their recruitment to Richmond, its "read and react" offensive style and a gap defense that capitalized on their length. They credit the team's success to their chemistry, which allowed them to know "what our teammate was doing before they did it". The team's historic 2023-2024 season included an Atlantic 10 tournament win and a 14-0 home record. They also share their emotions after being selected for the NCAA Tournament.
