With the money in place, Payne looks around and sees that the police have set a trap for him -- not a very subtle one at that. He strolls around his apartment jauntily, until he notices that the bus camera has been doctored with, sending him into a rage. Looks like it's time for him to execute his backup plan, which seems to involve Annie.
