- The founding story of Portless, a company that fulfills e-commerce orders directly from factories overseas (e.g. China) to brands customer's front door, massively improving lead times, decreasing shipping costs, and lowering import tax fees, and exactly HOW they do that?

- Why brands should choose them vs other fulfillment providers and why they can't easily build this infrastructure themselves?

- How they got customers to use their services in the early years and they got them to trust them?
