Glyn was a Commando in the British military, and he rowed across the Atlantic Ocean which took he and his team a total of 39 days of nonstop rowing. We discuss everything about the logistics to this trip to the mindset that it took to accomplish such a task. Additionally, we discuss his future row and spear trip adventures that he intends to do around the United Kingdom.
