Nonprofits in the homelessness & shelter spaces are required to share their client data with county HMIS systems. For San Francisco-based Urban Alchemy, this was a problem. They didn't have full access to their client data across all their service areas.

To overcome this hurdle, Urban Alchemy harnessed Salesforce. Now, because they actually own all their data, they can tell their comprehensive impact story across states and counties in powerful new ways. This has empowered the organization to expand into new cities nationwide!
