The fees would cover the services described below:
1. Investigation regarding the property prior to completing the Purchase Deed
2. Obtaining or dealing with the necessary documentation for the Purchase Deed
3. Drafting the required legal documents
4. Intermediation services with the Estate Agent (If necessary) and Notary. Attending the Notary to sign the deed.
5. Banking services, control of money transfer and control of payments according to the EU anti money laundry regulations. Including opening the Spanish Bank account on your behalf.
6. Registration at the Tax Office (if applicable)
7. Payment of Spanish taxes
8. Registration of the property on behalf of the client with the different public offices
9. Change of ownership with the Town Hall and Utility Suppliers
