Additional Comments:

·        Mantrini is the minister of Goddess Lalita. In the war against Bhandasura, Ganesha is invoked by her, to destroy  the “Vighna yantra”  by Bhandasura

·        Manu also means Mantras, so manu-pUjita can also mean one who is worshipped with Mantras

·        The  eight Siddhis or  Yogic attainments are :

Anima (ability to reduce the size of the body, to even the size of an Anu or atom),

Mahima (ability to become gigantic in size)

Laghima (ability to become very light)

Garima, (ability to become very heavy)

Prapti, (ability to acquire anything anywhere)

Prakamya, (ability to obtain anything desired)

Ishitvam (lordship over all creation)

Vashitvam (control over all creation)
