Mobility and Behavioural Insights | Q2 2024
Thank you for joining the South African Council of Shopping Centres where we bring you our next podcast with IRL Consulting on mobility and behavioural insights. Stay tuned as we hand over to Ashley Velloza, Retail Analyst, and Bruce Burgess, Director and Head of Product, at IRL Consulting. This quarter, we review how consumer behaviour has changed over time by specific mall type, including: how consumers use specific mall types, if there is a change in consumer behaviour, and how the dominant brand by sub place changes when a new player enters the market. The insights are based on the IRL national mobility sample, and includes all 1,200+ shopping centres in the SACSC database.
