Glenn Azar is known in society for many roles. He is the founder of 'Adventure Professionals', a company dedicated to helping people of all ages and sizes get the most our of life with tours to Mt Kilimanjaro, Everest Base Camp and Kokoda.

He is a mentor to many young sporting professionals, an ex-military man and the father to a set of amazing and diverse children.

Most importantly though, he's as real and raw about his own journey through mental toughness, vulnerability and triumph as anyone.
