Jon Ostrin: John Legend’s Monitor Engineer and Veteran Live Mixer
Jon Ostrin has been working in live audio for 36 years. He worked my way up from shop tech, touring as an audio tech, mixing FOH and Mons for support acts, and settled in as a FOH engineer for about 25 years with such artists as Toto, Van Halen, Sammy Hagar, Onigo Boingo just to name a few. He moved to the Monitor position with John Legend in ‘08 where he still remains today.
