It's kind of like when you take music lessons. If you take the general instruction—which is, "practice at least half an hour a day"—seriously, then the teacher will notice that this person is making advancement. Then there will be a need for more specific instructions about what the person could do. If you don't even do that, you know, it's like, "I did it once, not every day, but just maybe once." Then what's the music teacher going to say? It's like, "Well just try to get to that point." But when people are following very strictly the basic things and also trying to do some service in an enlivened way, that's usually when there's a need for a personal instruction or that the person is noticed.
