
Today I’m joined by Patrick from New Ways NI. Patrick is a Mindset and Mindfulness Coach. We discuss dealing with strong emotions such as pressure and stress. We discuss negative self talk, depression, anxiety and more. Patrick leads us through a short Mindfulness session at the end which is amazing.
