Love yourself instead of loving the thought of other people loving you and why/how it can be a dangerous game. It's something that we don't even realize is happening. I give examples from experience to help listeners recognize their ways if they are in the same shoes that I once was. I tell how it turns out in relationships and I also give solutions.
