Not Right Now, Not Like This.

Anxiety and panic attacks aren't dangerous, but they can be really frightening. I'ss quite common for people to visit the emergency room for anxiety related disorders and panic attacks, especially if their symptoms are severe and persistent. Join me and our guest co-hosts, Jeffrey Okonye, Pediatric ER Physician and Ebonii Nelson, the "Anxiety Specialist", as we discuss the differences between anxiety and panic attacks and the ways to manage and cope with them.

If you are triggered by this discussion of panic and anxiety attacks, please consider not listening to this episode or listening with a loved one who can support you.

While I hope you enjoy listening, please remember this podcast is not a substitute for a diagnosis or the treatment of a mental health  condition. Please consult a physician or your mental health provider regarding any advice for your mental health and overall well-being.
