In this short and sweet episode, I talk about the stress of New Year's resolutions and why they don't last - and what you can do differently by adding two simple yet powerful changes into your routine. Living and aligning ourselves to the natural world is a free and powerful resource; one that will soften us towards our goals, while also giving us the stamina to keep moving forward.
