This Was An Emotional One! Whilst talking about fatherhood and what it means to us, we were both in tears. I’ve hosted around 30 podcasts in my time and this is the first time the guest and I have both been tearing up. This guy truly has a huge heart and lives up to his name ‘The Heart Shaman’. I really enjoyed every minute of this conversation. We talked about Ryan’s traumatic start to life, including being pronounced dead during his birth and losing his father to prison very early on. We then discussed how this helped shape him as a person and in particular how it shaped him as a shaman and healer. We delved into Ryan’s time in Bolivia working closely with shamans and plant medicine including some stories that put me on the edge of my seat. He’s an excellent storyteller.
