Listen up!

To judge or not to judge?

The universe exists on an invisible force of constant tension called gravity. This constant tension of existence is also inside of you. Choosing between your present self and your best self, what force are you going to choose?

The thoughts that are the results of what you see can affect you negatively or positively. Constantly guard and watch the thoughts that come after you see and align that with Hashem. 

Exercise 1: Go outside for a walk. You will encounter someone you never seen before. When you see that person walk by, what are your first thoughts?

If you do not start to make changes on your own, the Universe, that energy of Hashem (God),  will put you on the track you are supposed to be on no matter how painful it is. It is for the pure purpose of you reaching your best self. Stephanie Murray -Soul Pilot
