Miriam Adler is a vulnerability expert. A coach and facilitator of women‘s work, breath work, sexual empowerment and sacred intimacy. Her mission is to help people reconnect with the wisdom and depth of their hearts, in order to flourish their intimate relationships with self and others. Miriam Adler is a teacher, speaker and coach who focuses on bridging the gap between who we think we should be and who we truly are. She has extensive training and experience in Breathwork, Kundalini yoga, Psychology, Eastern ritual and Meditation.
Towards this end, she employs several modalities tailored to the task at hand. She has received specialized training in a wide set of disciplines, each offering a piece to the puzzle of releasing shame and fear, achieving vulnerability and connection to truth.
