There are so many ways to heal our masculinity but one part that some of us forget to look at is our relationship with our ancestors, our father or grandfather or great grandfather. There are so many ways how we could have imprinted a false truth about the masculine without even knowing it.
So today, I’m encouraging you all to dive deeper into your own lineage to understand yourself a little bit better through the way you grew up through your conditioning around the masculine.
