The intention of SOUL MEDICINE is to offer you, the listener, ways to reconnect to your soul.   This week I talk to Dr Sarah Anne Rothman about COMMUNITY.  This woman lives on the island of Maui so she is re-emembering how powerful COMMUNITY really is.  We know it, we need it, we thrive in it and yet … the power of community sometimes, is so undervalued.  

We do not exist in a vacuum .. we need community … According to Dan Buettner, who went to (5) Blue Zones in the world to see what was necessary, across the board, for people to live a healthy, long life … community was at the top of the list for every single country.
