EP2: “I’ve always struggled to be in monogamous relationships” Carly Minsky, Journalist, talks about the importance of novelty and the challenges of impulsivity.

In this episode, Alex talks with Carly Minsky, a journalist and writer focusing on technology and science. She's written for the likes of Financial Times, Sifted, Vice and Metro. She's a twin, a besotted owner of rescue dog Teddy and a serial hobbyist. She considers herself to be neurodivergent, having been diagnosed with ADHD in her early twenties.

Half way though the interview, Carly introduces her partner, Josh Moritz, an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor working in private practice. Prior to training as a therapist, he worked as a youth worker and in various roles within the Jewish community. He is also a proud dog owner, guitarist and football obsessive (with Manchester United his chosen poison).
