Meet Alex Campbell, BACP Therapist, ICF Coach and Mental Health First Aid Instructor. In this episode Alex introduces himself and talks about the importance of hearing the lived experience of everyday people with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). He will also share a brief history of ADHD in the UK.


This podcast will discuss information of interest to people with ADHD, people who suspect they might have ADHD or know someone who does.


In upcoming episodes, Alex interviews ADHDers as well as their partners, family members, close friends and colleagues, offering a unique and broader insight into people's experiences living with ADHD and the impact on those around them from both Neurodiverse and Neurotypical perspectives.
