Three years ago, Ian Usher and Vanessa Anderson hatched a plan to live rent and mortgage-free. They sold all of their possessions and took up house sitting jobs in the US, UK, Australia, Fiji, Mexico, Botswana and Barbados, to name a few. Along the way, they’ve survived a cyclone, taken care of countless animals and even launched their own magazine.
