Today I had the pleasure of chatting with Tessa Marnane.
Tessa is a mother of two, of Irish origin.
She worked in the care industry since she was 18, has done a variety of work with vulnerable people.
Since becoming a mother Tess's oath has changed, and her own experience with homebirth led her to the passion of supporting Women in birth - especially the postpartum period.
Living abroad without direct family support has shown Tess that women need a village along with essential care, and unconditional love.
She wants to nurture other women so they don’t feel isolated when they are most vulnerable during pregnancy and post partum.
