Solving Type 2 Diabetes is a podcast where I share the tools and techniques that I use for solving my type 2 diabetes. I share my life as it relates to my diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes. You'll hear about the foods I eat and the medications that I take, along with my movement and exercise. I'll also talk about the medical and fitness tools and software apps that I use while solving my type 2 diabetes. Along the way I'll share updates on my progress to track over time. I don't think that having a diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes always needs to lead to a downward spiral of worsening health and complications. I think that lifestyle can be a great mediating factor.

You can always find a full transcript of each episode, as well as social media links to follow the podcast at

Please remember that everything I share is just from my own personal experience, and should not be taken as medical or health advice. Please consult your own medical professionals. This podcast is intended for entertainment purposes only.
