Solving Type 2 Diabetes is a podcast where I share the tools and techniques that I use for solving my type 2 diabetes. I share my life as it relates to my diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes. You'll hear about the foods I eat and the medications that I take, along with my movement and exercise. I'll also talk about the medical and fitness tools and software apps that I use while solving my type 2 diabetes. Along the way I'll share updates on my progress to track over time. I don't think that having a diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes always needs to lead to a downward spiral of worsening health and complications. I think that lifestyle can be a great mediating factor.

This helps you stay committed to your goals and motivates you to take the necessary steps to achieve them.

By keeping a record of your daily activities, habits, and milestones, you can see how far you've come and celebrate your achievements.
