In this episode, Dr G and Buddhima spoke with Dr Kirsten Peterson who was a Senior Sport Psychologist at the United States Olympic Committee and Head of Performance Psychology at the Australian Institute of Sport.

She has had a 22-year career in sport psychology working in elite sport, and has integrated her expertise and experience in performance psychology, mindfulness, and neuroscience to help people who are aspiring or struggling to reach their potential in sport, business and life.
