Ariana Dunne is a journalist, a life coach, celebrant, and an entrepreneur. She has worked for major publications including DMG, Bauer, Telegraph, Dennis, Maximum Media and the IFJ group.
Perpetually single by choice Ariana has lived a fabulous solo life for most of her twenties and thirties. In 2017 she bought an apartment by herself, in 2018 she set up her on businesses and in 2022 she spent a year solo travelling across Europe, albeit with her gorgeous cockapoo Molly in tow.
Next Ariana plans on exploring a solo journey to parenthood and wants to encourage more people to live happy lives doing things on their own with the launch of the Solo Powered podcast.

In this episode I talk to the very wonderful Vicki Notaro former Managing Director of VIP Publishing and author of her debut book 'Reality Check' which is released early next year. On this episode we talk about how Vicki made the difficult decision to leave her high profile job to go out on her own as a solo with multiple strings to her bow including freelance writing, consulting, podcasting and of course bagging a dream book deal with Penguin Books Ireland. We discuss pressure to climb the corporate ladder, burnout, stress, and how important it is for us to manage our health and wellbeing when working in busy corporate environments.
