Most sales data is pointless and over analyzed in the solar market. Metrics solar reps hyper-focus on ☑️ Lead cost ☑️ Leads to appointments ratio ☑️ Close ratio This leads to the following ☑️ Burnt out, loss motivation, low energy and being frustrated ☑️ Time wasted with follow up and driving to low probability appointments. The issue is we are basing these numbers of past experience and key metrics that can easily be changed and influenced. Sales is not a numbers game It’s a skill game. Think about how can i decrease my workload and just speak to qualified prospects.
