OK so warning at the top, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 has a lot of animal torture in it. Obviously it’s not “real” but we do talk about it, it did impact our opinion of the movie, and we wanted you to know in case you’re sensitive to that kind of thing (spoilers, we are).
The movie as a whole was alright, but we really couldn’t divorce it from all the animal stuff. It really dragged the movie down in a way that wasn’t very interesting or necessary.
Ultimately we did like where the Guardians themselves wound up by the end, but it was a long road. What did you think? Did seeing Rocket get tortured help you understand him?
