What is a "gatekeeper?" It's a person or group that controls access to something. Gatekeepers are those individuals or groups who decide who gets access to resources, opportunities and information.
I wanted to to talk about gatekeepers and how they harm or can try to hold you back in your career or family unit. These are the individuals that intentionally withhold information, job opportunities, and plugs from you. We all know who they are and what they look like, but it deserves a conversation. Right? SMH.
